Cleve Brock began his 24 year commercial real estate career in 1987 earning the Rookie of the Year Award at Cornish and Carey Commercial, the San Francisco Bay Area’s largest private commercial real estate brokerage firm. In 1992 Cleve moved his wife and six (6) children to Bend, Oregon. He became partners with Coldwell Banker Commercial - Kerr, Oliver and Brock in 1994 specializing in office, retail, industrial, and investment properties. Brittany Malespin joined Intermountain Commercial Real Estate in 2011 and assisting a team of five, overseeing the day to day operations of the ICRE office, and providing support for the Office, Industrial, Retail, Land and Investment commercial markets. Brittany is also a teacher with degrees in Spanish and in secondary education and concurrently works as an adjunct professor at Boise State University in the Modern Languages & Literatures Department.
